Your omnichannel tool keeps the numbers in sync. It can't tell you who moved the stock, or whether anyone checked.

  • Stock goes missing, and nobody's name is on it.
  • Damaged and grade B items leave the shelf but never leave the spreadsheet.
  • One person counts, the same person approves, and the error becomes the new truth.

  1. Recorded. Every movement is saved with the name of the person who made it.

  2. Checked. Stock counts are done in pairs. A second person verifies, and both names stay on the record.

  3. Guarded. Outgoing stock is validated in the database. If it would push stock below zero, it is blocked.
